This is the best recipe for rabbit or squirrel.

Cut up animal into quaters

Dredge in flour and brown in a pan with oil.

place browned meat in a casserole ( baking dish )

cover with Boon's Farm wine -your favorite flavor 

put into the oven @350 for 2 to 3 hrs. depending on the amount of game in the dish.

serve over rice or noddles
